About the Role
· Helping Staff with questions and training
· Field calls from perspective clients that have questions about any working divisions. Scripts will be provided. CSRs broke up below into different types of work.
· Calls will be a variety of aspect of the company including events to promote, Bars, new businesses, etc. (we will have a script to follow)
· Assist with scheduling events. “Possibly” attending events to make sure they go smoothly.
· “Possible” travel to other states for these events.
· REQUIRED to take DOWN TIME for ourselves!!!!
