Volley Ball
Volleyball is a team sport played by two teams of six players on a side1234. The teams are separated by a net, and each team attempts to score points by pushing a ball over the net and landing it in the opposing team’s court23. The opposing team must then hit the ball back over the net and in bounds within three tries without letting the ball touch the ground3. Volleyball is played worldwide and has been adapted to include players of all ages, abilities and disabilities54.
