Plans and executes special events.
Organizing and implementing activities related to products, promotional items and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments and teammates to maintain a forecast and ordering plan.
Overseeing specific tasks throughout the event planning process, such as meeting with vendors, running errands for supplies, and working with staff to ensure a successful event.
Selecting venues, determining costs, arranging event services and monitoring client approval.
